The idea of the twinning adopter is to create software that collects patient data in real-time. This would prevent losing patient data that does not proceed with check-ups, would prevent the patient from having to download the data every time. Finally, avoid the staff in charge of having to put them in the dedicated file, as each mobile app collects data in different forms.

Scope
The program, active and subject of an observational study, requires each patient to download data of their physical activity recorded through the app mobile, and deliver it at each check-up visit (or to share it through the platform Ambra® Health, medical certified).The idea of the twinning adopter is to create software that collects patient data in real-time.
